Entry Fee:

$335.00 for players with .800 avg and above . ($310.00 if USBA member)

$235.00 for players with .799 avg and below ($210.00 if USBA member.

Format : to be determined on number of entrants.

Dress code: Black slacks, vest and tie - Strictly enforced - absolutely no jeans, t-shirts or sneakers.
