To see USBA Player Rankings, look at the left-hand menu of options on the USBA website (www.USBA.net).
The 6th option from the top says, “Player Rankings”. Click that option.
Underneath the heading “Current Rankings” there is a list of dates. The first one listed on the left is the most current USBA Player Rankings Report. Click to open the report. The report lists each player in ranking order which is based on the total number of ranking points received. The player’s level (A, B+, B, C+ or C) is also noted.
“A” Level = .901 average or greater
“B+” Level = .801-.900 average
“B” Level = .601-.800 average
“C+” Level = .501-.600 average
“C” Level = .500 average or below
Note: “B+” players are actually “A” players (higher than .800 average) and are therefore not allowed to participate in regular “B” tournaments. The same is true of “C+” players.
Just to the right of the Rankings report is another report which shows you every tournament that has been included in that rankings report. Each tournament includes the order of finish for each player and the number of ranking points received. Averages, if recorded, are also shown.
If you scroll down the page, there are detailed reports of the actual ranking systems and further explanations of the rules regarding the assigning of ranking points.
