To see the USBA Constitution/Bylaws, look at the left-hand menu of options on the USBA website (www.USBA.net).

The last option (on the bottom) says, “Constitution/Bylaws”. Click that option.

By scrolling down the page towards the end, you can see all past Constitutions and any changes that have been made over the years.
