Member Directory:

If necessary, you should print this document and read it while you are on your computer. Click here to print this document.

Once you are logged in to “My USBA”, you will see 5 boxes of options. Click “Member Directory”.

To find a member, enter their last name or part of their last name. Then click “SEARCH”. The search will return all the results that match your entry. If you enter “Smith”, then every member with the last name of Smith will be listed. Also, any member with a last name such as “Smithson” or “Smith-Kline” will appear.

When you see the member that you wish to contact, click on their name. This will display the member’s city and state of residence, and any phone numbers that they wish to allow to be seen by other USBA Members (non-members are unable to access this section). If there is no number, then the member has chosen to keep his phone numbers private from other members.

If there is an option to email the member, then click the option. You can then type out a message which will be sent to that member. Click “Send Email” when finished. “Email has been sent!” should appear. Click “OK”. If the member responds, then you will know what their email address is. If they do not respond, then they wish to remain private. If there is not an option to send someone an email, then the member has chosen to block this feature and you will not be able to send them an email.

Click “Return to Member Information” to go back to the chosen member’s info page or click “Return to Search Results” to go back to your most recent search results or click “New Search” to start a whole new search.

Note: When searching for a member, you can also choose a state and then click “Search”. It will display all members from that state. The same is true of a city or a city and state combination.
