Manage Your Profile:

If necessary, you should print this document and read it while you are on your computer. Click here to print this document.

Once you are logged in to “My USBA”, you will see 5 boxes of options. Click “Manage Your Profile”.

There are 3 options:

1) Edit Basic Information: Here, you can change your personal information such as address, phone numbers, etc. Click “Save” when finished to update your profile. Click “Cancel and Return to Membership Profile” on the bottom if you change your mind.

2) Change Email address or password: If you wish to change the email address you registered with, then enter the NEW email address twice and click “Confirm Email”. We will then send you an email to the NEW email address. Go into your new email account, open the email and then click on the link within the email which will confirm your new email address with us. If you simply wish to change your password, then please ignore the “Change Email” section.

To change your password (instantly), enter your NEW password TWICE and click “Save Password”. Your new password is now active.

3) Options: The first section pertains to your information which is available to paid USBA members in the online Member Directory. The only information that is ever made available to other members is:

1) Your name
2) Your city and state (addresses are NEVER given out)
3) Your phone numbers

If you check the “Email” box, then members will NOT be able to send you an email through our system. Whether this box is checked or not, your email address is NEVER given to other USBA members. If you leave it blank, then members will be able to send you an email through our system, but your email address will NOT be revealed. However, if you choose to reply to their email, then they would obviously have your email address after you reply. Please remember this before choosing to opt out of allowing emails from other USBA members.

If you check the “Home Phone” option, then your home phone number will not be shown to other members (assuming that we even have your home number in your profile). The same is true of any of the other phone number options.

Click “Save Options” on the bottom when finished or just leave the page by clicking a different option near the top of the page or by clicking the “Back” button on your browser, usually in the upper left corner of your screen, sometimes shown as an arrow pointing to the left.

The 2nd section controls whether or not you wish to be on our email list. If you check “No More Emails”, then you will no longer receive emails from the USBA such as Newsletters, tournament results, etc.

Click “Save Options” on the bottom when finished or just leave the page by clicking a different option near the top of the page or by clicking the “Back” button on your browser, usually in the upper left corner of your screen, sometimes shown as an arrow pointing to the left.
