THE NABIH YOUSRI MEMORIAL 3-CUSHION BILLIARDS TOURNAMENT
When: Saturday and Sunday, December 8 & 9, 2007

Who: “B” Division Players Only. United States Billiards Association (USBA) membership required. Add prorated USBA annual membership fee of $18.00 if not already a member. Previous members pay $ 36.00.
Equipment: Games will be played on three antique Brunswick tables with Verhoeven rails, leveled and covered with new Simonis 300 Rapide cloth for this tournament.
Format: Two flights of 6 players each, round robin. Top two finishers in each flight will play in finals.
Entry: $60 for USBA Members; $78.00 for non-USBA Members (includes membership fee through end of 2007 calendar year). $ 96.00 for Previous USBA Members.
Cash Payout: $5 per player will go to the Vallejo Billiard Fund, and $5 per player will be paid to the USBA. All remaining funds from entry fees will be paid in prize money. The total number of awards in the tournament payout will be determined once all entries have been received. The USBA will pay out an additional $ 1,500.00 in prize money once they receive all the tournament documents.
Entry Deadline: The tournament is limited to the first 12 players paid. Entry fee needs to be paid by December 1, 2007. By December 2, you will be advised as to your schedule of play.
Schedule: Play will start at 10:00 a.m . on Saturday. Some matches may be played on the evening of Friday, December 7, if players so desire. The schedule will try to accommodate flexible Saturday and Sunday times. Sunday finals will start at 9:30 a.m. Please indicate any special scheduling considerations on your entry form. Entries not requesting special start times will be scheduled as best fits.
